CAA Evidence Readiness Scan · $2,500 · invoiced

Exactly what one scan covers, and what it does not

Written down before you buy, so nothing about the engagement is a surprise on either side. If your situation does not fit this shape, say so and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth doing.

One scan is one bounded unit of work

What you provide

What you receive

What is deliberately excluded

This list is the point of the page. Everything here is out of scope, and no part of the fee buys it.

How the five days are counted

Delivery is within five business days of the later of cleared payment and complete intake. If what arrives is incomplete, you will hear within one business day exactly what is missing, and the clock pauses until it lands. The clock is never running while I am waiting on you without telling you.

If complete inputs have not arrived within 30 days of payment, the engagement closes and the refund terms in your engagement letter apply.

Changing the shape

More rows, more SKUs, a second state or a second data year are each a new scan, quoted before any work starts. Nothing expands quietly.

What I am not

Not a law firm, not an accounting firm, not an accredited auditor, and not affiliated with any programme or state agency. No professional liability insurance is in force at present; if that matters to your risk team, tell them before engaging rather than after. Every reporting decision remains yours.

PackClose is a trading name of Lapilo Labs, LLC, a Florida limited liability company in formation. Until that formation is effective the contracting party is Cody Rasmussen personally.
